Ok this is LONG overdue I went on my trip March 2019, But here it is yall my official Cancun Mexico Bachelorette Trip Recap! So before I can even get into how amazing #Bachella was, let me just start by saying I had the best Bride Squad, Led by my amazing Maid of Honor Desiree. So shoutout to all of yall! Planning a wedding can already be time consuming, but when I tell yall I didn’t even use a single brain cell to plan this trip — they handled EVERYTHING! And for that, I’m eternally grateful to have such solid friends (sisters, really) who know me inside and out and planned a trip I will always remember!
Details:
Location: Cancun, Mexico, AirBnB Rental
Theme: Bachella (like Coachella!)
Number of girls: 10 (including me)

So prior to the trip I didn’t even know where we were going! They booked my flight and set up everything without me knowing. About a month before we were set to leave, they sent me this mystery box and it was basically like a promo box for my trip!! So dang cute. There were all these goodies in there that were in preparation for my trip!
They didn’t tell me until the day of where I was going! Yes – I didn’t find until right before I got on my flight! How was this possible? Well, Selwyn aka Husbae was helping them and they sent him all the goods to surprise me. Other than getting proposed to, this was the best surprise I’ve gotten!
Activities:
Day/Night 1: Arrivals/Dinner Out
Everyone arrived to Mexico at different times, myself and a couple of friends were the last to arrive. When I arrived to our beautiful home for the next few days, my girls had it decorated and had everything displayed so perfectly!

Every detail was well thought of. We didn’t have much time to get ready because we had dinner reservations a place that specialized in Tequila. Dinner was delicious and we had a lot of fun there and it was a great start to the night. When we got back to our Airbnb we ended with a game night/In-house turn up!

Day 2: Booze Cruise & Night Out

For this day my girls had a Booze Cruise planned! We went with a company that does this and had a blast. It was one big party on and off the boat! We got to get on jet skiis, tube and swim in the ocean. Tubing was a blast but also kind of scary holding on for dear life. Even though I can swim, I definitely had on my life jacket, this was not the time to test my swimming skills lol.

This day we coordinated with neon bathing suit colors which I loved because the colors popped on everyone! My friends got me a fun accessory which ended up being tattoos of Selwyn’s face lol! I didn’t even know what it was until after they put it on my arm.

After that super fun time out on the boat, we came back, got food and chilled for a little before hitting the down town area/strip where all the bars and clubs were. This wasn’t just a regular night out, it was a mission oriented – I had a checklist to complete for the rest of the weekend! Which was so fun because it was almost like a scavenger hunt! We checked out a bunch of different places and it was an experience for sure! The streets were poppin’ and full of people everywhere.

Day 3: Beach Day
After the super eventful previous day we had a nice lunch and a day at the beach where my girls all coordinated in orange bathing suits and I got to wear my white one! Lunch was so, so good we again got some more taco dishes but at a cute indoor/outdoor restaurant.

We basically had a legit photoshoot on the beach, there were some people kind enough to take pics for us on their nice cameras!

I loved how chill this day was especially because we were able to really walk and enjoy the beach. Surprisingly, it wasn’t ridiculously crowded.
Day 4: Breakfast/Everyone’s Departures

Our last morning was spent enjoying the beautiful deck one last time and checking out the pool in the neighborhood of the Air BnB. I was definitely sad to leave this little piece of paradise! As always, follow me here on Instagram to see what I’m up to in real-time lol! If you’re planning on traveling in the future (obviously depending on when you’re reading this because as I publish this in April 2020 we are in the middle of a Pandemic.) I have a post linked here that shares how I pack for all of my trips!
I know better late, than never so I hope you enjoyed this Cancun Mexico Bachelorette Trip Recap!
