In Honor of Black Out Tuesday Where we will be putting money into Black Owned Businesses, I thought I would share a list of Black Owned Businesses I love and think you will as well! I have everything listed from jewelry, art, hair products, makeup and body products! This is also a Disclaimer that this is NOT an all inclusive list – these are just things that I have purchased, or have really looked into buying from soon!

1. Urbane Sky
How can you not LOVE these fun, unique and well made pieces of jewelry?! I only have earrings from here, but they are some of my favorite statement pieces. The three pairs of dangle earrings I own have so much personality and fit perfectly into my collection. These pieces will always grab attention and get you compliments.

2. 1929 Galore
Now if you want more simple gold staple pieces of jewelry, there are ton of cute pieces! These pieces are affordable and I’m sure you’ll find at least one if not two things you like!

3. Stormy Nesbit Prints
Stormy is an incredible illustrator and her pieces are just so well done. She has limited prints of her various designs, but I can’t wait to get a few of these for my office.
4. Mkoby
I just ordered two prints from her and I can not wait to get them! I love the neutral color palettes and the way that she illustrates. All of her prints are really everything I’ve always envisioned and are so creative!

5. PixiStock
Alicia from PixiStock has really great styled stock photos. She has different options for subscriptions to stock photos. I love that her pictures feature women of color and have definitely used her pictures that she sends out monthly for emails or in Pinterest Covers. She also runs a Facebook group with extra insider information!

6. Mielle Organics
These are some of my favorite products! I am a huge fan of the deep conditioners and leave-in conditioners from the Pomegranate and honey line, but I don’t think you can go wrong with any of the product lines! These can also be found at Target/Walmart etc.

7. Eden Bodyworks
They have both body and hair products that I have heard good things about but I really like their deep conditioner. It is a staple of mine. These can also be found at Target/Walmart etc.
8. Briogeo
I’ve only used their wildly popular “Don’t Despair, Repair” Deep conditioner and I really liked it. It definitely a little bit pricier for a deep conditioner but I will say I felt and saw the difference in my hair when I used it. Their products can be found at Sephora or directly from their site!

9. Fenty Beauty

I mean do I even have to say much about Fenty? We all know that Fenty was created by Rihanna and she has an Amazing shade range in products. I’ve had a range of her products but my ultimate favorite are the gloss bomb lip glosses and her highlighters. She has something for everyone, if you want regular everyday shades for your daily routine or if you want to get bold and try out new colors. You can get these either directly from Fenty or from Sephora!
10. Beauty Bakerie
This brand is a really great cruelty free makeup company! The whole company theme is so cute and all of the products really commit to the theme. They have a great range of products and I have a super cute eye shadow palette from them! You can find their products at Ulta or directly from their site.
11. The Lip Bar
This brand has a lipstick called ‘Bawse Lady’ and I had to get it! It’s an amazing red color. All her products are made for everyday women, The Lip bar is most well known for their lip products but they also have this ‘fast face’ kit that helps you do your makeup in less time! These can also be found at Target/Walmart etc.

12. Elle Vie Body Products
Let me tell you, these products are UNMATCHED. The consistency of these body butters are amazing and unlike any others that I have tried. I have gotten some for both myself and Selwyn! I have the ‘Girls night out’ out scent for me and ‘King’ for him.

13. Honeypot
The Honey Pot Company will have you and your lady parts feeling brand new. Honey Pot is a Plant-Based Feminine Care company! There products are sensitive and will not throw off your body’s natural way of doing things. You can find these products directly on their site or at Target!

Antonia,
First off, I love all of these pictures you’ve captured these brands perfectly. I also found a few brands I haven’t worked with yet and I can’t wait to try them.
Best,
Angelica
Thanks so much 🙂 I’ve found so many more brands in the last few weeks it is exciting to see them get more exposure and try new products!
